ONTARIO NO 1 GOLDEN LIQUID HONEY
Our Ontario No. 1 Golden Liquid Honey is locally harvested from our bee yards located throughout Centre Wellington and Grey-Bruce counties. With its beautiful golden colour and smooth, delicate flavour, this honey reflects the diverse blossoms our bees forage throughout the spring and summer. ONTARIO NO 1 Amber LIQUID HONEY
Our Ontario No. 1 Amber Liquid Honey is a rich, full-bodied honey produced primarily from bees foraging on buckwheat blossoms. Its deep amber colour and bold, robust flavour set it apart from lighter honeys, making it a favourite for those who enjoy a more distinctive taste.
Buckwheat blooms for only a short time each season, making this honey a limited harvest that is not available year-round. Because buckwheat acreage varies from year to year, production is dependent on the season's crop. If you're looking for our amber honey, we encourage you to contact us to check current availability.
Sold in 500g and 1kg jars. Larger sizes available by request.
Seasonal Selections
In addition to our traditional liquid honey, we offer a selection of seasonal specialty honeys. These unique products are available in limited quantities throughout the year and are produced as nature allows.
Raw Unfiltered Honey
Our raw unfiltered honey is honey in its most natural liquid form. It is unfiltered and never heated, preserving its naturally occurring pollen, enzymes, and delicate flavour. Because it has not been heated, raw honey will crystallize more quickly than conventional liquid honey.
To maintain its raw qualities, we do not recommend heating raw honey to return it to a liquid state. raw unfiltered honey is available from harvest season until supplies last.
Honey Comb
Honeycomb is honey exactly as the bees made it—sealed inside fresh, edible beeswax comb. It offers the purest honey experience, allowing you to enjoy honey straight from the hive with all of its natural flavour and texture.
Our honeycomb is harvested during the late summer and fall and is available while seasonal supplies last.
Creamed Honey
Creamed Honey is made by carefully controlling the natural crystallization process to create a smooth, creamy, spreadable texture. Despite its name, it contains no dairy or cream—just 100% pure honey.
Its silky consistency makes it perfect for spreading on toast, biscuits, muffins, or adding to your favourite recipes. Creamed honey is typically available from late fall through the winter months while supplies last.
